“Great facility! Started with the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber to increase healing. Then I had a 120 Min. Deep Tissue Massage. After my massage I added on the 30 min. PEMF Red Light Bed 100% recommend adding this on after any service the best $75 you will ever spend! After I relaxed in the waiting area and enjoyed light snacks. Then I went to the women's lounge and enjoyed the dry sauna and steam room. The facility was newly renovated and very clean. Can not wait to return.“

“One of the highlights of my stay at the Palace was this fitness center and wellness spa. Gen Katano completely reset my body, mind, and soul. The gym has everything you need with a great stretching area. Gen is magical and uses multiple tools to work on the body. We used compression therapy, full body red light therapy, oxygen therapy, Theragun, a heating and massage mask for the face … the list goes on. The spa has AMAZING estheticians and even a robot massage machine. One of the rooms is set up for couples massages and has a sauna + gorgeous view of St. Patrick’s. The ladies locker room has sauna and steam room + showers etc. 11/10 recommend visiting.“

“I went for the aescape massage, chose total back & leg day programmes. It was my first trying the robot massage. I have mixed feelings about it. On the one side it’s unique experience and it’s totally controllable (intensity) and personalized which I liked. On the other side, it felt like a good option for after train sessions. Hence, I’m not sure if I would go one more time. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and the spa: clean and calm ambiance. Great service, thanks to Bianca for that, she provided very detailed information and well instructed me.“

“I just met the most amazing trainer (healer) in the gym at Ila Spa. His name is Gen and he is so knowledgeable about the body, stretching, strengthening and everything to do with exercise. I had so many aches and pains from traveling and after an hour with him I feel completely rejuvenated! I highly recommend him to everyone!“

“Absolutely Amazing! I wanted a luxury pre-natal massage ( I'm days away from delivering) and iLa Only Spa delivered that beyond my expectations. This place had Exceptional customer service with astonishing views of the city in silence, fresh refreshments while waiting, and the amenities in the woman's bathroom ( steam or sauna choices) and a shower that was totally relaxing ( water pressure from the shower head with options to use the two jet shower heads on the side or hand held hand shower wand). I had a chance to meet the owner who was very kind as well. Highly recommend and will be returning again!“

“I visited this spa because they had the Aescape massage machine. It was a cool experience and was able to get a 30 min massage for relatively great price compared to the human massages that this spa offers. The nice thing about this was that I was treated just like any other spa customer, meaning I still got the robe and slippers and access to the locker room that had the sauna and steam room, which I sat in after my massage as I came back to life. Also the hospitality was great, Josh the Spa Director (I think) was very friendly and helpful in talking me through the robot massage experience before I started.“
