Had an INCREDIBLE couple of sessions here- my friend and skincare/beauty/longevity expert met me in the ila lounge. Overlooking St Patrick’s, breathing the most incredible aromatherapy provided by another friend and perfume/scent expert, Caroline Fabrigas, and sipping cucumber water was my “prep.” Next, I experienced a decompression session. For maybe 20 or 30 minutes, I relaxed in a small capsule that was slowly and gently pressurized, and then de-pressured. The staff were lovely and explained the process and the benefits and how I might feel during and afterwards. I felt very calmly energized and cannot wait to try it again.
Then my friend, Karen Ballou, who is CEO of a skincare line called Immunocologie, treated me to a facial featuring her line of products which are carried by ila Only Spa. It was the loveliest science lesson I’ve ever had! Karen has personally developed the products, and explained the genesis of each one, how they work together, and that my skin would be completely rejuvenated after using the solutions she recommended for my needs- after just 30 days. I am about one week into my metamorphosis, and I am seeing and feeling changes already. HIGHLY recommend ila and the Immunocologie line of products.

Wonderful reception staff! Sarah made the reservation process simple and smooth, communicated effectively and efficiently. She has such a warm and welcoming personality that fits the atmosphere of the spa. Alison was great and friendly and so were our masseuses Juliana and Kimberly! Great way to celebrate a birthday!

Amazing service! Staff was nice, the place is beautiful and not once did i feel uncomfortable! I was under the care of Jeralyn she was incredible and walked me through the steps of every treatment I had done for the day.

Marilyn was my esthetician, and she was absolutely exceptional. She took care of me throughout my visit, and the level of attention, patience, and care she gave me was beyond anything I expected. She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything so well, and you can truly tell that she takes pride in what she does and cares about the person sitting in front of her.

What stood out to me most was how personalized the entire experience felt. I never felt rushed or like just another appointment. Marilyn was so kind, knowledgeable, meticulous, and attentive to every detail. She made the whole experience feel luxurious while also making me feel completely at ease.

The front desk team was just as wonderful and added so much to the experience. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and accommodating from beginning to end.

This is exactly how a luxury spa experience should feel beautiful service, exceptional care, and people who make you want to come back. Marilyn has officially become my go-to esthetician, and I would recommend her without hesitation. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

The location is amazing. I honestly don’t know what’s better, the stunning views or the warm and welcoming hospitality. Bianca took wonderful care of us, showed us around, and explained all the treatments and amenities the spa has to offer with so much kindness and attention to detail.

Located in one of New York City’s most beautiful and iconic buildings, the experience feels special from the moment you arrive. And the view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral is absolutely breathtaking.

Update: a week later and both manicure and pedicure are holding on. Used Dazzle dry product and my gardening nails look gorgeous. Chair tub was lined and faced the Cathedral. Throughly enjoyed the services and thanks so much for the tea and snacks during. Lovely attendants!

Came in for the robot massage - which is wonderful. Sarah and her colleagues provided great hospitality. The ability to use the sauna and steam room after the massage was a great perk! I’ll be back!!

I stayed at the Lotte for a weekend and decided to treat myself to a few experiences at the spa. My 4 hand massage with Anthony and Joey was amazing. They truly mended my joints leaving me relaxed for a busy wedding weekend. Andre gave me a lovely wash and blow and Meri took her time making sure I was satisfied with my mani/pedi. It was an incredible experience overall, highly recommend. It is expensive but it is also the Lotte sooo it is what it is...

I got an IV here and got full access to the sauna and steam room. I loved my experience! Will be back
